" <br /> Dennis Bal za rin i stressed the importance of monitoring <br /> at Quaker Run, <br /> The Town Planner reminded Applicant that the Planning <br /> Board and the Massa-chu et-t Divi-sion of Fisheries & The <br /> Division of Wildlife approved of the location of the <br /> sampling station in Quaker Run. <br /> The Town Planner indicated that monitoring has been in <br /> place for the past several years, any problem areas have <br /> been satisfactorily addressed.. Applicant is seeking a less <br /> frequent monitoring- schedule in an attempt t!o reduce <br /> associated costs. The cape cod c mmission is in agreement; <br /> the Town Planner is also in agreement. <br /> It was agreed that the Town Planner would prepare a <br /> reprised Decision document for Planning Board vote and <br /> signature at the next meeting. <br /> There being no further Board or Public comment the <br /> Chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Dearing. <br /> MOTION: Dennis -alzarini made a motion t close the <br /> Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion was duly <br /> seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously. <br /> Special Permit - Discussion <br /> Potential Further Modification of Willowbend Special Permit <br /> The chairman called this matter to order and <br /> recognized Attorney Jack McIlhinney, representing the <br /> Applicant . <br /> Attorney Mcllhinney made the following informal <br /> request of the Planning Board. <br /> Last year Applicant requested modification #23 which <br /> converted a villa building/guest accommodations from two- <br /> units into four-units. No changes were made to the <br /> exterior of the building, only the inside layout was <br /> chanced slightly. Said units have been completed and <br /> 3 <br />
