References were made to the plan, Applicant stated <br /> there is adequate frontage on Main Street, and that the <br /> third parcel is located in both -3 and R-5 and has <br /> adequate frontage and complies with the area requirements <br /> for the commercial zone. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Board that their only <br /> consideration is whether or not there is sufficient <br /> frontage, which is a minimum of 20 -ft. <br /> It was determined that Lot 1, as shown on the plan, <br /> does not meet the 2 -ft, to 75--ft . requirement with <br /> reference to the jog area.
