Mr. Rowley informed the Board that two foundations and <br /> two garages have been constructed on the site. <br /> Thomas O' Hara determined that Applicant has not been <br /> issued a building permit . <br /> Myrna Nuey suggested to the Applicant that these <br /> concerns have been raised in regard to the safety of her <br /> family. <br /> Mr. Rowley suggested Applicant provide a plan <br /> indicating what has been constructed on the site s that <br /> the Board can make a proper determination. <br /> The Chairman agreed, stating she is not going to make <br /> a consideration until such time as she can review accurate <br /> plans. <br /> . Rowle.y stated that if the tree located in the <br /> center of the driveway is removed, as well as the center of <br /> the circle, and if the driveways were connected, it would <br /> form- a "'T" . If this portion were depicted on a plan f'or <br /> the benefit of the Board in order to make their decision . <br /> He stated that in its current .state, said driveway- does not <br /> form a "'T". <br /> Mr. Rowley also clarified that it was the Applicant' s <br /> choice to construct a common driveway between the two lots. <br /> Thomas O' Hara agreed that he would prefer to see plans <br /> indicating what is currently constructed on the site, in <br /> order to determine if in fact there is a "T" configuration. <br /> Mrs . Lopes argued that she feels that a "T" already <br /> exists in the driveway design. <br /> In view of the fact that Chief Baker is suggesting <br /> "T". Mr. Rowley suggested the easiest solution would be for <br /> the Applicant to provide an accurate scale sketch of the <br /> circle indicating where the driveways will be located. <br /> Mr. Rowley stated his satisfaction with the current <br /> construction of the surface, the base i3 good, the depth of <br /> material is adequate, and landscaping on either side is far <br /> enough away so that when the snow is plowed there should be <br /> adequate width fot the fire vehicles .
