(grading, profile, <br /> drainage, pavement, etc. ) . <br /> The Town Planner noted that these requirements have <br /> been written into Finding #-12 of the draft Decision, a list <br /> of subdivision regulations to be warred by the Board. <br /> The Chairman read a portion of Chief Baker's letter <br /> into the record, "I am not opposed to the granting of the <br /> Special Pe.rmit with the following conditions and comments..." <br /> which she interprets to mean that the granting of a Special <br /> Permit will not be opposed by the Fire Chief if said <br /> conditions are met . <br /> Thomas o' Ha-ra and Dennis Bal arini were in agreement . <br /> The Chairman then read Chief Baker' s concerns <br /> 1 - That the dimensions and design of the driveway <br /> oomph with zoning regulation 174- . <br /> 2 - That thecul-de-sac is redesigned to accommodate <br /> the turning radius of the fire pump and en i ne. <br /> # - That the Applicant consider instal 1-ing (a <br /> consideration item) .sprin] ler systems in both dwellings. <br /> #4 - That Applicant' s understanding of these concerns, <br /> Fire Department accessibility, is noted in writing and <br /> formally incorporated in the record.. <br /> Thomas O' Hara suggested that Applicant repair the <br /> roadway so that the emergency fire trucks can turn around, <br /> r redesign the cul-de-sac into a "T", as suggested by the <br /> Fire Chief. <br /> He then suggested that Applicant provide the Board <br /> with an accurate plan. <br /> The Chairman stated that the Board could not make a <br /> judgement based upon the plans provided if they are <br /> inaccurate and do not conform to what exists on the ground <br /> in terms of the radius of the circle. <br /> 6 <br />
