Lopes then inquired as to how- ma-y other Ma-shpe residents have been required to file and agree to the same written statement/understanding. The Town Planner responded that no other examples of common driveways within the Town Spe ial Permit process have come before the Planning Board for their review/approval. Myrna Duey further explair ed that the Planning Board has made this request of the Applicant based upon comments provided by -the Fire Chief and wh-ich policy the Planning Board was attempting to establish with the Applicant in rood faith, to which the Applicant had agreed. Ms . mopes responded, "I 'Will provide the letter" . „I will pen that . " Myrna Nuey encouraged her to please do so, for the record and to comply with the Planning Board request. This having been agreed, the Town Planner clarified that said statement would not have t be submitted prior to the Planning Board vote, as it is stated as a Condition within the Decision document. Said statement is to be provided by September 5, 2007, at which time the Decision document can be signed and recorded. There being no further Planning Board, Staff, or Public discussion in this matter, the chairman entertained a motion to close the Public Hearing. MOTION: Dennis Balari -i made a Motion to close the Public Hearing in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by Myrna Nuey and so voted unanimously.
