Arrangements have <br /> been made for the completion of the paging by Friday, <br /> August 17, 2007 . <br /> Attorney Iirrane requested the Planning Board consider <br /> approval of this request, with an inspection to be made <br /> upon completion, resulting in release of a portion of said <br /> funds . <br /> Dennis Bal ari i inquired as to the proposed plantings <br /> (trees and shrubs) at the back gall, which has not yet been <br /> completed. <br /> The Town Planner concurred that landscaping is <br /> required around the entire property. <br /> Dennis Balarini made reference to another separate <br /> project that has not yet been completed by the same <br /> developer, stating his concerns for completion of a <br /> property as approved by the Board. <br /> The Town Planner .informed the Board that the <br /> Consulting Engineer did makei an inspection of the property <br /> this date, and plans to make another inspection tomorrow, <br /> August 1 , 2007 . <br />
