There was some discussion.as to whether or not a median should be considered in <br /> order to define the lanes, discourage ears, and allow for emergency vehicles. <br /> It was-agr ed-that-the Applicant would come back-with revisions-for Board <br /> review and approval. <br /> Thomas O'Hara inquired as to the window signs that appear in the presentation <br /> that had not been shown during prior presentations. He asked if they have been added <br /> since Design review. <br /> hank representative responded that they are window graphics that had not been <br /> indicated on the preliminary sign plan. <br /> Thomas O'Hara noted that the building appears to have a clean look-with plenty <br /> of signage and that.the additional window graphics are not necessarily a benefit. He also <br /> noticed that the elevation is grey and the original plan indicated beige. <br /> Applicant agreed there has been a color change. <br /> It was the general consensus of the Planning Board to eliminate the window <br /> signs/graphics on the bank building.. <br /> Mr. I l gathlin suggested Applicant be allowed to moved forward with the plans <br /> and that if the Board would life any changes made to the project-they gait a period of <br /> one year to do so. <br /> The planning Board did not agree to wait for one year, preferring to address the <br /> issues and concerns prig to approval. <br /> I1rIr. Rowley made reference to the location of the ATM within the drive-up <br /> window lane and asl ed,if the ATM should be relocated in order to keep traffic flowing. <br /> Applicant clarified there will be a separate lane for ATM, tune system and drive- <br /> up. <br /> There being no further Board or Staff discussion the Chairman entertained a <br /> motion. <br /> MOTION: Thomas O'Hara made a Motion to approve the list of waivers as <br /> requested by the Applicant (Building Setbacks from o-ft. to 3 1- t., Buffer Area from 20- <br /> ft. to i6-ft.,, Driveway Separation from Route 28 by -inches or I2 -f -inches); which <br /> Notion was duly seconded by Myrna Duey and so voted unara*mously. <br /> i f TI N: Thomas O'Hara made a further Motion to approve the plans for the <br /> Sovereign Bank uildrng site, (with the exception of the westerly edge of the main drive <br /> 12 <br />
