"Please be <br /> advised that this document shall serge to officially and immediately withdraw the Special <br /> Permit application, with drawings, filed directly by Mr. Daniel A. Ojala of Down Cape <br /> Engineering with the Planning Board on September , 2007 on behalf of Sencorp, Inc. <br /> Said application refers to the property located at 106 Falmouth Road, Mashpee, <br /> Barnstable County, Massachusetts 02649. We have been duly directed-by Mr. F. Thomas <br /> Fudala, Town Planner in 1ashpee, to address this later and its contents to the Town of <br /> 1 ias pee and its Planning Board.
