to VHB, with a remaining balance of Seven Thousand One Hundred Five $7,105.00 <br /> Dollars. <br /> Attorney Kin-ane suggested that the-Board release the-remaining Forty Thousand <br /> ($40,000.00)Dollars subject to payment of the outstanding Seven Thousand One <br /> Hundred Five $7,105.00 Dollars by the Applicant to VH . <br /> The Town Planner clarified that Mr. Cheney is employed by Mr. McShane, not <br /> the Town of Mash pee. <br /> ThomasO'Hara suggested that he and Torn Jollow y make an <br /> inspection/approval of the site on Thursday,November er , 2007. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to the following memos-To Charlotte Carron; <br /> From Charles Maintanis, Dated November er 7, 2007 1 have inspected the handicap <br /> parking space at 340 Main Street, the KeriNlark building. It is my opinion it meets the <br /> more stringent regulations of the Americans with Disabilities Act and Massachusetts <br /> Architectural Access Board." <br /> To The Town Planner, From Greg Taylor, Dated November 6, 2007 "As of this <br /> date, McShane Construction has paid $17,395.00 of the $24,500.00 contract. To complete <br /> the project, $7,105.00'.is required. There is no retainer fee. Please ask Mr. McShane to <br /> complete payment of the contract with $7,105.00 so that we can proceed to have the <br /> improvements constructed." <br /> Mr. Rowley mentioned that he had made an inspection last week and noted that <br /> the durnptr pad had been.poured.. He asked whether or not.the enclosure has been <br /> constructed. <br /> Attorney Kirrane responded that it is his understanding that the enclosure has <br /> been completed. <br /> Where being no further Board discussion the Chairman entertained a.motion. <br /> MOTION: Dennis Bal arini matte a Motion to release the.Performance <br /> Guarantee in the Ken Mark matter in the amount of Forty Thousand $ o,00 .00 <br /> Dollars, subject to the immediate inspection and approval made by ThomasO'Hara and <br /> Torn Jollo ray.
