MASHPEE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
Jonathan H. Leach
482 Main Street
Mashpee, MA 02649
SP-11-14
GENERAL FINDINGS:
The subject property is located at 482 Main Street and consists of 1.024 acres of land.
SPECIAL PERMIT CRITERIA:
§174-51. Required Review and Permits.
B. Except where permitted or proposed as part of development for which a special permit
has been issued by, or is required from, the Planning Board, any new sign exceeding
twenty (20) square feet, and any awning sign, shall require a special permit from the
Board of Appeals, in accordance with Article VI.
In view of the foregoing, the Zoning Board of Appeals determined that the
Petitioner met the criteria necessary for granting of a Special Permit. Upon motion duly
made and seconded, the Zoning Board of Appeals voted unanimously at the Public
Hearings on April 27, 2011 to grant a Special Permit to allow for installation of the sign
on the subject property.
This Decision is conditioned upon compliance with the Leach Animal Hospital
plan, as stamped and approved by Design Review Committee at its April 5, 2011
meeting.
2
