He distributed a draft of Special Permit. <br /> Motion by Dennis to continue to January 1 " at : o p.m. Seconded by Beverly; unanimous. <br /> Applicant-Windchime Point <br /> Request, Modification of Special Permit continued from a .f '1 , 2001; Includes change to <br /> Bldg. 10,Driveway, Phase 11 111 boundary. Phase 11 Bldg 1-4 and permit language <br /> regarding sq. ft. and plan modifications. <br /> Torn Quinn provided open space definition. T Fudala asked if there could be.a Grote on <br /> signing, <br /> i <br /> oddn by Dennis to sign ANR Plan. Seconded by Beverly; unanimous. <br /> Discussion continued with.Dennis questioning,an oak tree that was obstructing-a driveway in <br /> Bldg. 10. Torn Fudala suggested taking out the tree and putting some stone down. tennis said <br /> this should be on the site plan change. Toni Fudala.said.it sh.ould be put in as a condition. Tory <br /> Quinn distributed copies of Phase 11 Study. Tom Fudala distributed revised table regarding <br /> porches that have not yet been constructed. He said that we don't have finished plans yet for <br /> Phase Ill. He said that he can't really do the tabulations without a detailed site.plan to address <br /> the crowding issue. He said he could not advise the Board to approve-an increase in square <br /> footage until he sees Phase 111. There was lengthy deliberation of new table fr square footage <br /> for total # of buildings including units, porches, garages and # of bedrooms. Toni Fudala <br /> determined that the original 1987 plans called for 1 78j 00 sq. feet-and new figure would <br /> require 190,099 sq. feet. Charlie brought up the point that time figures-going across the table <br /> don't add up. This was determined to be true and that an accurate calculation of the figures <br /> could be needed. <br /> Dick Terry brought up the issue of affordable housing. Stu Bornstein Said that there is a lot of <br /> grant money avail Able for affordable housing. Dick said he would like to look into this. There <br /> were severaI questions by several Board members regarding the specifics of af# rdable <br /> housing construction,Stu explained his offer to the Torn of Mashpee and his intentions In <br /> regards to affordable housing. There was general Beard consensus.that legal issues have to <br /> be ironed out. <br /> Motion by Dennis to close the public hearing. Seconded by Beverly; unanimous. <br /> Motion by Dennis to crake the following-modifications: a the elimination of the oak tree for the <br /> driveway in bldg. 10; b Boundary between Phase 11 and 11I to include Bldg. 1 ! c Bldg. 1 <br /> approved as part of Phase I i-approval; d totaI square-footage to be amended form 178,1-00 to <br /> 1 go_,o ; seconded by Beverly; unanimous. <br />
