He also presented the water <br /> quality report; phosphorus should not be a problem. Landscape plans were provided by <br /> Ron Galgemi. Review followed by brief discussion. Septic, total parcel plans, and <br /> vehicle/equipment plans were provided with copies. Fussell Wheeler, Building inspector <br /> gave his approval for the plans. <br /> Torn Fudala inquired about plans for disposal of hazardous waste. Dennis Balarini <br /> pointed out a containment area noted on plans. He also mentioned some large mounds <br /> n the site that he felt were "attractive nuisances." <br /> Plans for garages were passed around for Board review. There was brief mention of the <br /> prior discussion regarding ghat constitutes a "vehicle's and that five indoor and ten <br /> outdoor paring spaces would be sufficient. <br /> Torn inquired about water lines. Ron said that they would be brought up. <br /> There was some discussion about paving. Ron said that only the driveway apron was <br /> currently paved with drains in place for paving the parking area. Warn mentioned some <br /> oncems about drainage sediment. Ron said that he could use crushed stone to catch <br /> spillage. Hatt also mentioned some apprehension about the use of crushed stone. <br /> Dennis mentioned installing grates. There was some discussion of grates vs. catch <br /> basins. Torn also told Ron that he wanted a management plan submitted for storm <br /> water. <br /> Tom granted to specify depth of topsoil. A review of landscaping plans revealed only 2-3 <br /> inches of topsoil. Worn wanted this increased to 4-6 inches. Change was made and <br /> initialed by Matt. Tom also said he would draft a suggestion regarding roof drains. <br /> Motion made by Beverly to give tentative approval to Special Permit Application subject <br /> to conditions as written by Town Planner. Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Motion made by Beverly to close public hearing. Seconded by Dennis; carried <br /> unanimously. <br />
