Seconded by Beverly; <br /> carried unanimously. <br /> Annual Report <br /> Matt Malone said he is working with the Planning- Department to prepare annual report. <br /> This will be moved to the next meeting. <br /> Joidt session with the Cape Cod Commission <br /> Motion made to canoe; the February 21s joint meeting to due to schedule conflict. <br /> Don Megathlin, Talanian Realty co., re: April 1 special Permit - <br /> Tom Fudala talked about revisions to the special permit that was filed back in 1997, for <br /> a 102,000 square foot project with miniature golf course. They revised their plans with <br /> the Cape Cod Commission and to 160,000 square feet and took out+the golf course. <br /> They filed a second special permit application With the Planning Board in 199 . Torn <br /> told Mr.. Megathlin to withdraw the 1997 application and that the Board would review the <br /> 1999 application. He said that the Cape Cod Commission gave approval on December <br /> 14 th <br /> . <br /> H noted that the plans and draft of the EIR filings were inches thick. He said he told <br /> Don-that because.it was so lengthy, there was not time to look it over. He suggested <br /> that Don submit the water quality report as a separate document. He also mentioned <br /> ,concerns with the grater quality report regarding hoer the pipelines tie into Windchime. <br /> Bev noted that we can make the plans stricter, but not weaker. <br /> Tom said that he would need-to pull out other required documents to present to the <br /> Planning Board. He noted concern with the intersection; particularly Connector d. to <br /> Industrial park. He has some questions for them regarding their calculations. <br /> He told Don that he could make his presentation to the Board on February 7 th,to be <br /> continued for review in March. He suggested a public hearing-to be scheduled for <br /> February 7 try-at 8 p.m. <br />
