He said <br /> that everything looked good, but there were a few things that needed t be looked at in <br /> the Spring, including a drainage problem that Arnie called hire about, minor things in <br /> various units, a retaining wall, and paving in some areas. <br /> Toni Fudala_inquired about the light fixtures in the development. He thought there were <br /> too many. Torn Quinn responded that they just copied what had already been installed. <br /> alkthrugh of the development began. The fiat area inspected was the barbecue <br /> pit. It was pointed out that the legs on the picnic benches were not level. Tom Quinn <br /> agreed to fix them. ` <br /> Tom Quinn explained that the vegetation area had been mulched over for replanting in <br /> the Spring. He showed where a path will be built to accommodate excavating <br /> equipment. <br /> Charlie noted that the walkway going down to the barbecue plot was rather steep. Toni <br /> Fudala said that, yes, it was steep, but it was not a condition of the special permit. <br /> Tom Quinn said that the building inspector had been out and said the buildings looked <br /> K. <br /> Ed Lacey, resident, expressed concerns about the dead plants. He also inquired about <br /> the weathervanes and cupolas for the garages. Torn Guinn said that there was not <br /> going to be weathervanes for the garages, only cupolas. He said that weathervanes did <br /> not appear in the brochures and would not be installed. <br /> Charlie noted some drainage issues in front of Unit 156. He recommended that Arnie <br /> come by and provide some grading calculations. He also noted that a hood was needed <br /> on a catch basin .in front of Unit 153. There was some discussion of the area behind <br /> Unit 1- 3 regarding a retaining wall and erosion concerns where some curving had <br /> occurred due to cart pathing. <br />
