The <br /> property has the benefit of SP-00-215 which allowed the existing development of a gasoline <br /> pump island beneath a canopy together with a new building with three (3) service bays and an <br /> office waiting area The property also has the benefit of SP-11-03 which allowed for a fuel pump <br /> and canopy reconfiguration at the site the result of which will consist of removing the existing <br /> canopy and three (3) fuel pumps-, and installingfour our(4) new fuel pumps with a new canopy and <br /> small Kiosk (attendants building) in place thereof all in accordance with the plans filed with the <br /> application The Special Permit also allowed the continued use of the existing service building <br /> with three (3) service bays and an office waiting area.
