The Special Permit also allowed the <br /> continued use of the existing service building with three (3) service bays and an office waiting <br /> area. <br /> The applicant is now seeking a Finding of Fact under Section 174-17. and the modification of <br /> SP-00-215 and SP-11-03 (or) alternatively a new Special Permit to reconfigure the site as <br /> follows: <br /> As per plans attached, Applicant is proposing to still go forward with the removal of the existing <br /> canopy and three pumps (which is currently permitted for (4) pumps with a new canopy and <br /> Kiosk); and installing (5) new fuel pumps with a new canopy and small Kiosk in place thereof. <br /> The Applicant also proposes the demolition and removal of the existing service building (2,912 <br /> sq ft) and service use on the site. <br /> This new reconfiguration of the fuel pumps and canopy which includes the removal of the <br /> existing building and service use will greatly improve traffic flow, congestion and overall safety <br /> within the site. <br /> MASHPEE TOWN CLERK <br /> SEP 2 9 2�11 <br /> RECEIVED BY `.fit c cS <br />
