She mentioned the <br /> conveyance of land memorandums of law, that were to be submitted from both the <br /> trustees and Stu Bornstein. She said that although the trustees had submitted their <br /> letter, 11r. Bornstein had riot-dome submitted his. She asked for the enforcement of a <br /> time limit. y <br /> Torn Quinn, Project Manager, responded that Pat Butler was working on this 'natter and <br /> added that he didn't hear anything about this meeting until two-o'clock this afternoon. <br /> Dennis said that there should be a time limit of two weeks, unless there is a good <br /> reason why the letter cannot be provided. <br /> osita brought.up the issue of the underground water sprinkler system. She expressed dismay over the fact that new construction <br /> continues to go forward despite the lack of attention to existing problems with units that <br /> have already been paid for. Resident, Richard Hail, Unit#147, explained a problem with <br /> water in his cellar. <br /> Torte Quinn agreed to the setting of a time limit. He admitted to damage that was dome <br /> to the sprinkler system and explained that this happened because the Page <br /> ground was frozen. He said that their contractor, John 'cola:Sprinkler Systems, planned <br /> on having it operational by Friday. <br /> Jim Dorgan asked for clarification regarding the enact buildings which were in need of <br /> landscaping attention. Torn Quinn said it was the last four buildings that were put up. He <br /> cited lover temperatures for the I.ack of pleating. He said that all dead shrubs will be <br /> replaced and that loaming and seeding will be dome according to schedule that's been <br /> set. He also adrnitted.to a grading problern for building.#147, owned by Richard Hall, <br /> that has a basement water problem. He said that French drains need.to be installed. H . <br /> mentioned a,punch list that he had gotten from Charlie Rowley which included <br /> suggestions for re--grading. He added, that things will look worse before they look better. <br /> l osita asked when residents could expect a finished product. Torn Quinn said that by <br /> the 23Id of 20 f the month the French drains would be installed and that the existing <br /> drains will be pulled back. He said that the entire area would be seeded and landscaped <br /> by mid-July. <br />
