Torte Quinn <br /> assured that gy#ters would be going in everywhere and that this should rr inir i e-the <br /> problem of cellar flooding. Mr. Casey said that Mike [ ade ika downplayed the water in <br /> cellar when showing ring him the unit before purchase. Mr. Casey said he had,a quote from <br /> an independent consultant of$6,800 to fix the flooding pr blem,and that he would never <br /> be able to sell his unit unless this problem is rectified. <br /> Torn Guinn went into some detail about hover they are running gutters into dry wells and <br /> about the instalfati n of French drains. He added that Charlie was aware of this. <br /> r <br /> ,Jim Dorgan suggested that the trustees may want to go to the Building Inspector with <br /> their grievances, as these items really are not Planning Board issues. His.c mment was <br /> followed by a grievance from resident Julie Hall. Ms. Hall said that she keeps hearing "it <br /> will be done., She was dismayed that Mr. Bornstein seems to be employing teenagers <br /> to do landscaping work that she felt should be performed by engineers. Another <br /> resident, Jane Brown talked about "white lies" and Mr. Bornstein's refusal to keep <br /> promises. <br /> Tom Guinn responded that Ms. Halls' requests were never ignored. He said they tried <br /> everything to heed her requests. <br /> Beverly Kane read from the special permit and reminded Torn Quinn that he cannot <br /> proceed with Building 26 until these landscaping issues are taken care of. Steve Dolan . <br /> reminded that Nor. Bornstein asked for approval based on the landscaping being <br /> _ adequately completed. Tory Guinn said that they had done everything that Charlie <br /> asked for and that they were continuing to schedule things as quickly as possible. Jim <br /> Dorgan assured the trustees that the Planning Board will hold Mr. Bornstein <br /> accountable to the conditions of the special permit. <br /> More residents carve forward with grievances, including Bid Rodrigues and 1lillia'm <br /> Casey, once again. Jim Dorgan and Steve Dolan brought up the fact-that these issues <br /> are beyond the scope of Planning Board responsibilities. It was suggested that the <br /> residents approach the Building Department with their individual concerns. <br /> Beverly insisted that Charlie needed to be involved in issues regarding draiinage. Jim <br /> Dorgan said that he-wants Charlie present at the actual installation of the French drains. <br /> Harry Greico spoke up and said that he was:assured by Torn Quinn that numbered <br /> parking spaces would be done. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Motion by Dennis to approve Minutes of April 1 t and May 2"d.
