liaspee Planning Board Meeting <br /> Wednesday, June 6, 2001 <br /> 7:00 p.m. <br /> Members Present: Jim Dorgan, Martine ine ll eijerin , Beverly Kane, Dennis Balzarini, <br /> Richard Terry <br /> Also Present: Tenn Fudala; Town Planner, i` ella Stevens; Board Secretary <br /> Applicant: Linwood/soli /lob hills <br /> Location: "Plaza del Sol," Route 130, Amos road; Assessors Map 47, Blocks 4, <br /> Request: Approval of -lot Definitive subdivision plan. Filed May 2, 21 <br /> Attorney Robert Mills, representing Marian Linwood, presented plans for Board review. He <br /> explained that the original panel did not allow for sufficient access of emergency vehicles and <br /> that an additional parcel including 2,300 square feet was purchased. Torn Fudala said that <br /> Charlie had no problem with this. He had a question about lot numbering/size. Mr. hills said <br /> that he would check into this and will make sure he has the answer for this when it comes to <br /> conveyance. Torn said that he needed a note that three lots were being combined into one lot, <br /> as indicated on the plans. There was Board consensus. Jinn Dorgan said that the Board could <br /> approve with a condition of the note or gait until the plans are changed. <br /> Motion by Richard to approve with the stipulation that the plan to changed to.combine lots 1, <br /> 2, and 3 and panel A into one lot. Seconded by Dennis; carried unanimously. <br /> Applicant: CSC Group Nominee Trust <br /> Location: Lowell Road; Assessors Map 52, Blocks 62 through 1-12 <br /> Request: signature; 2 -lot Definitive Subdivision Plan <br /> Approved with conditions / 2/01 <br /> Chris.Costa, Engineer, representing CSC , presented plans for Board review. Dennis asked if <br /> there were any comments from Charlie. Chris said he spore to Charlie earlier. Jinn said that <br /> the Board could not go forward without having received Charlie's report ]het. This item was <br /> moved to later in the evening. <br /> Applicant: C. Talanian Fealty co., Inc. <br /> Location: Route 2 /Donna#s Lane/Great Neck Road south; Map 81, Blocks 4, 16, <br /> 2 , and 2 <br /> Request: signature of special Permit for '1. , sq. foot outlet center/shopping mall <br /> Approved 21 <br /> Motion by Dennis to sign; with a note that no appeals have been noted. Seconded by Beverly; <br /> carried unanimously. <br />
