Applicant: ' Dream Developers, Inc. <br /> Location: 701 Great Neck Road south, Assessors Map 104, Block <br /> request: Re-endorsement of ANR plan signed iMay 16, change of notation <br /> Attorney Kevin Kirrane presented ANR Plan and explained the notation regarding the annex. <br /> He mentioned that New Seabury was concerned about too many signs going up. It was <br /> decided to let them keep the small parcel of land so that they could maintain some ownership. <br /> Closing has already occurred and they want to be able to come back.with ANR Plan to-remove <br /> the words "it is to be annexed." There was Board consensus.on this matter. <br /> Applicant: Kenneth Anderson/Ferreira Associates <br /> Location: West side of Asher's Path; North of Lowell Fed.; <br /> Assessors Map 52, Brock 39 and Map 60, Blocks 40 through 42 <br /> Request: Approval of Vot Definitive subdivision plan. continued from May 16, 2001 <br /> Jeremy Cotter presented letters that the Board had requested from the Fire Department and <br /> The DPW. He explained that the Fire Department had no problem with emergency vehicle <br /> access and that the DPW has said they will plow the road. Mr. Ferreira provided a cross <br /> section of the road layout. Torn Fudala distributed a report from Charlie. He noted one of the <br /> suggestions for stone that was needed in one area. Board reviewed the report. <br /> r <br /> Dennis dreg attention to Charlie's recommendation regarding drainage. ,Jim noted the third <br /> paragraph regarding the Fire Department. He granted to know what would happen in the event <br /> of major rain or snow. Beverly also expressed concerns about future incfe ent weather. <br /> Shirley Nurse Peters explained that she was a resident.on that road during Hurricane Bob and <br /> they experienced no problems. Richard said all Charlie seems to be suggesting is to fix the rut <br /> in Lowell Toad. Beverly asked who was responsible for maintaining the road. Shirley explained <br /> that quite a bit of stone was already-put down by residents and that the highway department <br /> comes down occasionally. <br /> Dennis granted clarification that there are only three existing homes and only three buildable <br /> lots. Beverly said that Charlie felt the road could withstand reasonable amount of traffic. Tom <br /> suggested that the Board.grant approval with a condition that the rut be filled it. Beverly <br /> suggested that approval cone with condition of owners taking care of'road. <br /> Motion by Dennis to accept the plan with a statement that o hers of the land maintain the <br /> road and that processed stone be put in the rut, as suggested in Charlie"s letter. Seconded by <br /> Beverly; carried unanimously. <br /> Applicant: Park Avenue fealty Trust/Harbor Homes <br /> Location: Assessors Map 88, Block 40 <br /> Request: Approval of -lot Definitive subdivision plan. continued from 1 /0'1 <br /> Kevin I irrane opened discussion by saying that Charlie did not have opportunity to review the <br /> plan. He said that there are minor things that will be explained by Rich, including additional <br /> information relative to groundwater report. Torn Fudala said that the report does not really <br /> _ address the issue adequately. He then distributed his memo regarding-the water quality report, <br /> dated June 6, 2001. The memo notes deficiencies including total nitrogen loading issue. There <br /> 2 <br />
