Kevin said he would defer to the next meeting and mould <br /> provide additional information on this subject. It was decided to keep this as <br /> public hearing. Tom said that there <br /> continued to be three conditions: 1 Street addresses need to be added; 2 Drainage swells to <br /> be reviewed; and 3 Project must conform to special permit. Chris said that they have run and <br /> re-run calculations and they have all met requirements. Chris also.mentioned the replacement <br /> of soil. He showed some last minute changes on the plans. Water quality report was presented <br /> and signed. <br /> Motion by Dennis to sign special permit as written. Seconded by Martine; carried <br /> unanimously. <br /> Applicant: Ken Marsters <br /> Location: Belfast Lane/Spinnaker Drive/Camden Lane r <br /> Request:west: Release of Performance Guarantee <br /> Torn Fudala opened discussion; applicant was not present. He relayed that'Charlie said there <br /> were some things being dumped in the area. He said the Board was holding $5,000 security <br /> for Camden Lane. Jim Dorgan said that Spinnaker and Belfast were already completed. <br /> Motion by Richard to release covenant on Camden Lane. Seconded by Dennis; carried <br /> unanimou 1y. <br /> Applicant: den Ilarsters + <br /> Location: Hagan Drive <br /> Request: Release of road covenant <br /> Torn Fudala said that there was no actual bond submitted to be released. It was decided to <br /> hold off on this item until the bond was submitted.by the applicant. ,lira said that Charlie did <br /> have.some problems with the drainage in a certain area. He said that lien Marsters would <br /> need to address this issue' as well as some issues with Snead and person Circle. <br />
