r ■ Discussion: open space deed and associated issues, Wind chime Point F osita Lacey opened discussion by mentioning the Memorandum of Law. She said that the trustees and Stu Bornstein had entered into agreement It had been decided that the trustees will convey the land to town and that they are working together to amend this. She said they almost have the % of signatures needed. Jim asked about the Memorandum of law. Copies were distributed. Mike Nade ika said that any and all documents relating to the transfer does not relate to conservation land. Toni Fudala opened discussion and asked what the.Planning Board granted to do on this. He said the main issues included Section ; Water District has the two biggest wells there and has expressed 'concerns about the impact of commercial use of their wells and storm water retention. in a letter, they requested feedback from the Planning Board. Tom wanted to know how the Board felt about accepting it as a DRI as opposed to having the Cape Cod Commission take jurisdiction. Richard asked which Planning Board member was involved in this. Dennis said that he would like to have some input into this. Beverly and Richard both said that.the Planning Board should not be silent on this, agreeing that it is a tremendous project with a big impact. , Toni expressed concerns about the special permit that was approved in 194 that has never been modified. He is concerned that they will do whatever they want with this. Richard said that he wants the CCC to know that the Planning Board i , in fact, looking into this. Approval of Minutes Motion by Dennis to approve Minutes of May 16, 2001 and to approve the changes noted in the Minutes of May 2, 2001. Seconded by Beverly; carried unanimously. 4
