She said that the <br /> trustees and Stu Bornstein had entered into agreement It had been decided that the trustees <br /> will convey the land to town and that they are working together to amend this. She said they <br /> almost have the % of signatures needed. Jim asked about the Memorandum of law. Copies <br /> were distributed. Mike Nade ika said that any and all documents relating to the transfer does <br /> not relate to conservation land. He <br /> said the main issues included Section ; Water District has the two biggest wells there and has <br /> expressed 'concerns about the impact of commercial use of their wells and storm water <br /> retention. in a letter, they requested feedback from the Planning Board. Tom wanted to know <br /> how the Board felt about accepting it as a DRI as opposed to having the Cape Cod <br /> Commission take jurisdiction. <br /> Richard asked which Planning Board member was involved in this. Dennis said that he would <br /> like to have some input into this. Beverly and Richard both said that.the Planning Board should <br /> not be silent on this, agreeing that it is a tremendous project with a big impact. , <br /> Toni expressed concerns about the special permit that was approved in 194 that has never <br /> been modified. He is concerned that they will do whatever they want with this. Richard said <br /> that he wants the CCC to know that the Planning Board i , in fact, looking into this. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> Motion by Dennis to approve Minutes of May 16, 2001 and to approve the changes noted in <br /> the Minutes of May 2, 2001.
