There are current violations of retail business in the <br /> Industrial Perk; this article would allow them to continue wfthout violation. Stu was <br /> present as a proponent of the article. The Planning Board supports this article. Beverly <br /> mentioned that there were too many signs in the area. Stu said that he would attend to <br /> this. <br /> Motion by Dennis to send approval of this article to Board of Selectman. G. but that.there was a street sign missing. <br /> i <br /> APR <br /> royal of Minutes <br /> Mo ion to approve Minutes of August 15 th noting change on Page 4 which-changed the <br /> references roar Local Housing Committee to Affordable Housing Committee. <br /> Motion to approve Minutes of September 5th noting a change in wording regarding <br /> Zoning Articles that are "set for a public hearing." Also, noting a change that Martine <br /> Meijering is "acting" Chair. <br /> Harbor Homes; Release of.rod covenant <br /> Mark Dedeco stated that he is in agreement wtlh Charlie's recommendations. He <br /> provided a release form. Torn Fudala said that the normal process applied and that <br /> there could be a vote to release and sign forms. H did have a question about the <br /> owner. Bark said that the owner was Equestrian Realty, noted on a trust dated June 23, <br /> 2000. <br />
