• Ilashpee Planning Board Minutes Members Present: Beverly Kane, Steve Dolan, Martine Il eijering, Dennis Balzadni, Dick Terry R Also Present: Tory Fudala, fella Stevens Prime Homes; Request release of road covenant. Prime Homes requested a continuance to the next meeting of Planning Board. Zoning Article Zoning for.October '1# 2001 Town Meeting. Torn Fudala said that this article is the same one from last Spring by Stu Bornstein; it expands the 1C overlay District. There are current violations of retail business in the Industrial Perk; this article would allow them to continue wfthout violation. Stu was present as a proponent of the article. The Planning Board supports this article. Beverly mentioned that there were too many signs in the area. Stu said that he would attend to this. Motion by Dennis to send approval of this article to Board of Selectman. Seconded b Beverly; carried unanimously. i Roy Fa erbur * Release of performance guarantee Applicant not present. Continued until net meeting of Planning Board. Tom Fudala said that everything was O. G. but that.there was a street sign missing. i APR royal of Minutes Mo ion to approve Minutes of August 15 th noting change on Page 4 which-changed the references roar Local Housing Committee to Affordable Housing Committee. Motion to approve Minutes of September 5th noting a change in wording regarding Zoning Articles that are "set for a public hearing." Also, noting a change that Martine Meijering is "acting" Chair. Harbor Homes; Release of.rod covenant Mark Dedeco stated that he is in agreement wtlh Charlie's recommendations. He provided a release form. Torn Fudala said that the normal process applied and that there could be a vote to release and sign forms. H did have a question about the owner. Bark said that the owner was Equestrian Realty, noted on a trust dated June 23, 2000.
