i Page Z 3 Discussion: Town clerkNaming Condominium Roadways Discussion opened by Debbie Damon, Town clerk. She began ► ith Deer Crossing and explained how the numbers are assigned. Tom Fudala noted that the condos have never been through a formal process of street naming and has concerns that too many street names sound the sane. There was general consensus that this creates a dangerous situation for emergency rescue. Torte suggested meetings between police l and fire departments and to make sure that all new streets appear on the torn street maps. Tom said that the street names are on the special permits and they could obtain the names of all streets that are already out.there. It was determined that the Planning Board is responsible for naming all private streets; Selectman for naming public streets Debbie suggested that streets are done on a condo-by-condo basis, -starting with the ones that are easier to work with. Debbie and Torn said that they would begin setting up public hearings and mailing out letters. eashing.in Mike Ciampi Bond Torn reported that Town Council inquired about cashing in this bond, as Mr. Ciampi did not put in the required road. Since it is an out of state bond, there was some uncertainty as to hove this should be done. Tom Fudala said he would work on it. Approval of Minutes F Motion by Dennis to accept Minutes of September 19th. Seconded by Steve; unanimous. i Correspondence Torn Fudala presented several items, including: Lincoln Institute voucher, authorized signatures of all Board Members for Town Clark, Letter from Waterways Commission, MEPA Meeting ting Notice,e, Request for bids for Senior Center for musical organs, Budget notes: Letter from Senator regarding Zoning Refdrm Plannina Board Authorized Sicinatures for ANR Motion by Dennis to recognize the Planning Board signatures authorized to sign AN Plans; seconded by Steve* unanimous.
