She began ► ith Deer Crossing and <br /> explained how the numbers are assigned. Tom Fudala noted that the condos have <br /> never been through a formal process of street naming and has concerns that too many <br /> street names sound the sane. There was general consensus that this creates a <br /> dangerous situation for emergency rescue. Torte suggested meetings between police l <br /> and fire departments and to make sure that all new streets appear on the torn street <br /> maps. Tom said that the street names are on the special permits and they could obtain <br /> the names of all streets that are already out.there. It was determined that the Planning <br /> Board is responsible for naming all private streets; Selectman for naming public streets <br /> Debbie suggested that streets are done on a condo-by-condo basis, -starting with the <br /> ones that are easier to work with. Debbie and Torn said that they would begin setting up <br /> public hearings and mailing out letters. <br /> eashing.in Mike Ciampi Bond <br /> Torn reported that Town Council inquired about cashing in this bond, as Mr. Ciampi did <br /> not put in the required road. Since it is an out of state bond, there was some uncertainty <br /> as to hove this should be done. Tom Fudala said he would work on it. <br /> Approval of Minutes F <br /> Motion by Dennis to accept Minutes of September 19th. Seconded by Steve; <br /> unanimous. <br /> i <br /> Correspondence <br /> Torn Fudala presented several items, including: Lincoln Institute voucher, authorized <br /> signatures of all Board Members for Town Clark, Letter from Waterways Commission, <br /> MEPA Meeting ting Notice,e, Request for bids for Senior Center for musical organs, Budget <br /> notes: Letter from Senator regarding Zoning Refdrm <br /> Plannina Board Authorized Sicinatures for ANR <br /> Motion by Dennis to recognize the Planning Board signatures authorized to sign AN <br /> Plans; seconded by Steve* unanimous. <br /> Adjournment. <br />
