Fratus, Jr.; south side of Hain street Assessors Map 27, Bloch 12 <br /> Requesting approval of modification icartion to definitive plan. <br /> Dan Mullen, Attorney, and Dr. Leach approached the Board seeking approval for <br /> rn od ificatio ns to.plans for a small veterinary clinic. They a plained that they have <br /> already received variance and two separate permits that are subject to warrant. <br /> Attorney Mullen repeated his reasoning why Dr. Leach needed the proposed convenient <br /> location to better service his patients. <br /> Torn Fudala distributed copies of original plans and Attorney Mullen provided copies of <br /> the modifications. He said that C harlie.l Rowley had just received the modified plans on <br /> Monday and was not ready to give his report. <br /> Chris costa provided the Board with copies of plan for road. Tour Fudala mentioned that <br /> Charlie had some concerns about drainage and a 13 ft. pit. Chris questioned the need <br /> to construct swails. Dick Terry asked how much more it would cost to construct swails. <br /> Chris said it would be twice the cost. It was decided to gait for the full report from <br /> Charlie. <br /> SeveraI Ma residents were present in-support of Dr. Leach including Debbie <br /> Murphy and Robin Blakeman. <br /> Mo on b Dennis to continue public hearingto next meeting o November at p.m. <br /> y <br /> Seconded by Dick; unanimous. <br /> indchirne Point; Modification of special Permit, discussion of fees. continued <br /> from Oct: 3, 2001 <br /> Stu Bornstein was given the floor and gave a brief history of the issue regarding <br /> garages and porches and the need for additional square footage and said that the <br /> special permit of 1989 was Prague. He inisted that year round residents require garages <br /> and went on to further explain the benefits to the town of having olden tax paying <br /> residents. He presented new calculations, including an explanation of units that were <br /> either added or deleted. He talked about impervious surfaces and his proposal to cut <br /> out the amount of necessary paving. He said he has made Windchime into a pristine <br /> development and has given array almost half his land to the town without increasing <br /> impervious surface.
