Board reviewed all sketches and calcdlations that were provided. Dick Terry wanted to <br /> know how much additional square footage, over and above the original approved <br /> amount of 176,000 square feet, was being requested. Torn Quinn and Mike e I ade i a <br /> carve up with a figure of approximately 32,000 additional square feet. <br /> Steve Dolan expressed a concern-about people-finishing off their porches. Tom Fudala <br /> explained that residents cannot trade garage space for finished square footage space. <br /> He said-that he would like to avoid public hearings for minor changes. Beverly added <br /> that the Planning Board would be the authority on what defines "minor change.". <br /> Bill Casey, Resident had some questions regarding the original square footage amount. <br /> he expressed concerns about Windchime developing too much. Torn Fudala assured <br /> Mr. Casey that Mr. Bornstein had stayed within approved limits. Beverly brought up <br /> Condition 13 which stated that the number of bedrooms could not exceed 284 and <br /> noted that the plans included 312 bedrooms. Torn Quinn explained that the figure of 284 <br /> did not include the first 14 that;had already been built. <br /> Martine said that the Board wanted to take this matter under advisement and to <br /> continue to the next meeting. <br /> Motion by Dennis to continue public hearing to November 7th at 7:15 p.m. Seconded by <br /> Dick; unanimous. <br /> Discussion: Cashing of performance bond posted by Michael Ciampi <br /> Torn Fudala said he was waiting to hear from Town Council on this and would like to <br /> postpone,until next meeting. <br /> Approval of Preliminary Plan for Subdivision; Chris costa <br /> Chris Costa came before the Board for approval of preliminary plan for-subdivision. <br /> Submitted three copies of land quote plan for subdivision and provided check for filing <br /> fee. Torn Fudala asked for proof of ownership. Chris said he didn't have one. Torn <br /> insisted that this was a requirement. Chris asked for a dated receipt of check for the <br /> owner. Torn said that'there was no written letter from the owner to do this filing. <br /> Dick Terry suggested that Chris bring proof of ownership in as soon as possible.
