Town of Iashpee <br /> Planning Board <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> April 2, 2008 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board fleeting was called to order in Conference <br /> Room 41, 1 iashp c Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, l ashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 2, 2008. The Chairman, Beverly Dane,presided. <br /> PlanningDennis Board Members-present; Bal arini, vice-Chairman; Beverly <br /> Dane, Chairman; Joseph Mullin 8:00 p.m..); and Thomas O'Hara. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the Meeting.to order and addressed <br /> the first order ofbusiness. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> February 6, 2008 <br /> MOTION.-. Dennis l al arini made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> February 6, 2008 Planning Board Meeting as amended (page' 12 "...trying to say."); <br /> which Motion was duty seconded by Thomas "Mara and so voted u n_irn usl . <br /> Public Hearing <br /> Scott Bauer-8 Castle Drive-Approval l efmitive Subdivision Plan 2-Lots <br /> The appointed hour having arrived the Chairman read the Public Hearing notice <br /> into the.record.and called the Public Nearing to order. <br /> The Town Planner reminded the Chairman of the written request for two waivers <br /> from the Subdivision Regulations that require a vote from the Board. <br /> References were made to a letter received from Charles Rowley, dated lurch <br /> Is'; and a revised plan reflecting changes. <br /> The Chairman then recognized Steve Doyle, representing the Applicant, who <br /> indicated the location ofthe 84,000 sq. ft. lot With frontage on Blue Castle Drive and <br /> Great Neck Road South. He also indicated the existing gravel war located within the <br /> Applicant`s property, but outside of Blue Castle Drive'layout, as well as the location of <br /> the grater main. <br /> Mr. Doyle proposed dividing the parcel of land into two-lots; narked 10-A and <br /> 10-B; construction of -ff. of roadway to grade,properly aligned and paged 20-ff. <br /> wide. The catch basins are to be located at the low point; styles are to be created with a <br /> leach pit, and the creation of a new property line. Easements have been created for <br /> utilities and the existing water main. There is a leach pit set at the high end of the berm. <br /> I <br />
