The Town Planner reminded the Board that tonight"s action was signature of the <br /> Special Permit. All Conditions of the Special Permit have been gat satisfactorily <br /> (obtaining a propel address, payment of inspection fees, landscape installation and <br /> maintenance process, and storm water management plan). <br /> The Town Planner also reported that the Town Clerk has verified that no appeals <br /> have been filed in this matter and that the Planning Board is free t sign the Special <br /> Permit. <br /> There being no further Board or Staff`discussion the vice-Chairman entertained <br /> motion. <br /> MOTION: Thomas O'Hara made a Motion for approval ofsignature of the <br /> Special Permit document in this matter; which Motion was duly seconded by James <br /> Leonard. <br /> Voting in Favor: Dennis B l arini, James Leonard, Joseph Mullin, and Thomas <br /> 'Hara. <br /> Abstaining from the vote: Diary waygan. <br /> Board Items <br /> The Town Planner inquired about rescheduling the Mashpee Commons <br /> Discussions, as the Applicant asked to be removed from tonight's agenda. After brief <br /> discussion about I evelopmer t Agreements it was the general consensus of the Board to <br /> reschedule this matter to January 7, 2009 at 6:00 p. . <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address the Vice-Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to adjourn, <br /> MOTION: Joseph Mullin made a Motion to adjourn the Meeting; which Motion <br /> was duly seconded by ThomasO'Haraand so voted unanimously. <br /> (The December 1 .2008 Planning Board Meeting was thereupon dissolved at <br /> p.m. <br /> C I Detta <br /> tful l submitted, <br /> ) eAreang isSecretary <br /> 3 <br />
