The Town Planner was informed at the Budget Meeting that a 1 -hr. pad-time <br /> assistant would be hired for the Planning Department. <br /> The Town Planner reported that the Cape Cod Commission has made an <br /> adjustment to the regional Policy Plan Map. There are some areas that have to be <br /> designated as resource protection such as Zone I1 -water supply. It has been suggested <br /> that flood zones and the sea, lake and overland serge zones also be included in.the <br /> minimum protection area. <br /> Mary Waygan asked whether or not Mashpee would be allowed to divide the <br /> resource protection area. The Town Planner stated he would inquire of the Commission <br /> Staff. <br /> Public Hearing <br /> willowbend Country Club, Inc. <br /> Simons Road-Approval of Special Permit Modification <br /> Townhouse Condom iniums-w ill o orb nd Country Club Project <br /> -Tlie' pp int d--hbour h i-r g-arrive'd-the-Vice=Ch irman^read-the-public-hearing- <br /> notice into the record and called the Public Hearing to order. <br /> The Town Planner reported that the Applicant has requested in waiting a other <br /> continuance of the Public Hearing. <br /> MOTION-1 Thomas "Hara made a Notion to continue the Public Hearing in this <br /> matter to December 171 2008- t 7:15 p.m.; which Notion was duly seconded by James <br /> Leonard and-so voted unanimously. <br /> Miscellaneous Board Discussion <br /> Thomas O'Hara asked about the lot frontage at the Bornstein,Auat Building <br /> property. <br /> The Town Planner clarified that the Town Bylaw rewires that the width be held <br /> to the front setback line. <br /> Mary waygan suggested consideration of a change to the bylaw; Thomas O'Hara <br /> agreed to consideration ofa change and/or clarification of"minimum front yard"as <br /> interpreted by other towns where park chops lots are not allowed. <br /> The Town Planner further clarified that under mandatary cluster subdivision for <br /> residential alloys for flexibility regarding lot frontage, size, setbacks, etc. (This does not <br /> apply to Industrial or Commercial.) <br /> 2 <br />
