Thomas O'Hara then raised the question of allowed storage container locations <br /> (tractor trailers on wheels in back of buildings being used for storage rather than <br /> construction of a building for this use). His concern being for the abutters and in some <br /> cases the deterioration of the containers themselves. <br /> The Town Planner suggested some research be done to find out whether or not <br /> these properties are under a Special Permit and the specific Conditions thereto. <br /> At this point the Town Planner made reference to a footnote in the Bylaw <br /> regarding minimum lot frontage. "Land Space Requirements Table-Not less than the <br /> frontage requirements shall be maintained throughout the front yard depth..." The front <br /> yard being the area between the street line-and the building. <br /> Adjournment <br /> There being no further Planning Board business to address the Vice-Chairman <br /> entertained a motion to adjourn. <br /> MOTION: James Leonard made a Motion to adjourn the Meeting; which Notion <br /> (The December 3, 2008 Planning Board Meeting was thereupon dissolved at <br /> approximately :00 p.m. <br /> Respectfully submitted, <br /> Hennetta DeArcangelis <br /> Board Secretary <br /> 3 <br />
