l , <br /> � 1 <br /> The Town Planner suggested that Mr. Sullivan contact the Police Department in <br /> regard to their requirement that.locks be provided on all dumpsters. <br /> .The permitted uses are retail and office. Any new free standing signage would <br /> require review by the Design Review Committee and approval by the Planning Board <br /> prior to installation. Building signage shall require review-and approval by the Planning <br /> Board. There is a required inspection.fee needs to be submitted prior to sigrnture of the <br /> Permit. Street addresses-for the buildings need to be obtained from the Town Clerk. <br /> There was brief review ofthe Landscape Plan, The Board required a Landscape <br /> Installation and Maintenance contract, as well as designated snow storage area submitted <br /> prior to signature of the Permit. Only organic fertilisers are to be used within the <br /> development and any pesticides used shall he a type approved by the Town of Ma tepee <br /> Board of Health and applied by licensed applicators. Use of fertilizers and pesticides <br /> shall be minimized and the use of natural pest control methods.should be encouraged. <br /> Applicants shall provide the I lashpee Board of Hath with a complete list of any such <br /> fertilizers or pesticides used on the property and their methods of storage on the site. <br /> It was agreed to delete Condition language referring to waste storage and use <br /> issues as this project is designed for retail purposes. Language regarding fire protection <br /> shall read "A fire protective signaling-system shall be approved by the Mitshpee Fire <br /> Department". <br /> There being no further Board, Staff, or Public-comment the Chairman entertained <br /> motion. <br /> MOTIOM. Dennis Bal arini made a Motion to close the Public Hearing in this <br /> matter; which Notion was duly seconded by .Tames Leonard and so voted unanimously. <br /> MOTION:: Fermis Bal arini made a Motion to accept the Special Permit <br /> Decision Mashpee 130 Shoppes, Inc., as amended at this Meeting and subject to receipt <br /> of- Landscape Maintenance Plan and Storm rater Management Plan; which Motion was <br /> duly seconded by Thomas O'Hara and so voted unanimously. <br /> Laving ascertained this action to be the free act and deed of the.Planning Board <br /> the Board Secretary notarized three copies of"Special Permit Decision Ma hpee 130 <br /> Shoppes, Inc., 470 plain Street route 130, Map 27, Bloch 2 1, Development - <br /> -Redevelopment of Retail and Office Buildings. <br /> Signature: Beverly A. Kane, Chairman. <br /> The Planning Board commended the Applicant for responding to all comments <br /> and suggestions regarding the proposed project in such an efficient and professional <br /> manner. <br /> 3 <br />
