Thomas Fudala, Town-.Planner- Thomas May, GIS Coordinator. <br /> and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer :00 p.m.). <br /> Cape Cod Commission Staff: Phil Dascobe <br /> Mashpee Commons LLC: Douglas Storrs <br /> quonun being present the Chairman called the Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Approval of Minutes <br /> August 20, 2008 <br /> MOTION: Dennis Balzarini made a Motion to approve the Minutes of the <br /> August 20, 2008 Planning Board Meeting as amended pg. -1- "'meter" and pg. _ _ <br /> "Pissues'); which Motion was duly seconded by James Leonard and so voted <br /> unammous y. <br /> Discussion <br /> Douglas Storrs-Mashpee Commons LLC and Cape Cod Commission Staff' <br /> Proposed Mashpee Conunons Development Agreement—Bedroom Count, Block <br /> Development Plans, and Development Agreement Outline <br /> The Chairman called this natter to order and recognized Douglas Storrs who <br /> explained he is proposing a mix of uses rather than,single uses. A mixed use represents a <br /> more stable development that can withstand economic expansions and-contractions better <br /> than the classic shopping center. He is proposing different types of housing that do not <br /> exist currently in Mashpee, such as smaller units, rental units, as well as the benefit of <br /> being located within walking distance to the shops. <br /> Dennis Balzarini expressed interest in knowing exactly where the proposed <br /> buildings are to be located, the q footage,foots a, setbacks and number of stories. : <br /> 1 <br />
