I ashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at <br /> :00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2008. <br /> Planning.Board Members present: Dennis Bal arini, Vice-Chairman; Beverly <br /> Kane, Chairman-; ,lames Leonard; Thomas O'Hara. Clerk; and Mary waygan, Associate <br /> Member. <br /> Absent: Joseph Mullin. <br /> Also present: F. Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Thomas-Mayo, GIS Coordinator; <br /> and Charles Rowley,vley, Consulting Engineer :10 p.m.). <br /> 1 iashpee Commons: Douglas Storrs. <br /> Cape Cod Commission: Phil I; ascombe. <br /> A quorum being present the Chairman called the -Meeting to order and addressed <br /> the first order of business. <br /> Discussion <br /> Douglas Storrs-I ashpee Commons LLC-Cape Cod Commission Staff <br /> Proposed Development Agreement-Zoning Options <br /> The Chairman brought this matter to-order, calling upon the Town Planner to <br /> update the Board. <br /> The Town Planner reported that the parties had a meeting at which time the <br /> Commercial Center Bylaw and the OSID Bylaw rules with regard to the transfer of <br /> development rights were discussed. Two zoning amendments have been agreed upon, <br /> one being an arnendment to language referring to "public or private wastewater treatment <br /> plant''and the other in reference to the OSID map primary conservation area. It was.agreed that Mr. <br /> Storrs would further review this issue and make recommendations to the Board. <br /> Mr. Storrs explained that in this process he is attempting to,establish guidelines <br /> for form first and use second. It i" -his understanding that the Planning Board can adopt <br /> different street standards under the Subdivision Bylaw, as long as the construction <br /> standard is riot-compromised.
