He suggested a:different parking requirement for one and two <br /> bedroom rises, noting N4ashpee Commons should be c sid r d a different type of <br /> residential use with different parking demands. <br /> The Town Planner made reference to a provision in the current zoning that refers <br /> to a situation.whereby one building has morn than one use including residential, that <br /> parking regoirerments shall be computed for each use. He suggested that.Mr. Storrs a <br /> well as the Cape Cod-Commission staff provide some parking data to the Board. <br /> Mr. Storrs expressed.concern regarding the-OSID calculations. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the cap be eliminated on the number-of units <br /> without changing the multipliers. <br /> t this point,of the meeting Mr. Storrs presented hypothetical street views, as <br /> discussed and requested by the Board at a prior meeting. He distributed hand-outs <br /> entitled; "l is h ee Planing Board and.CCC 1 -15-2008, Zoning and proposed Plan' <br /> and "Steeple Street From route 28, Steeple Street FromGreat-Neck Road, Commercial <br /> Street From Steeple Street, Sketch by R.S. Preston 1-0 10 0 , October -Typical <br /> Block Study-Program, and Mashpee Comm n -Meister plan East St epl Street <br /> Neighborhood 2 pgs. October o -Typical Block Study-Parking'. <br /> 11r#r. Storrs explained that the most intense block was used for this demonstration, <br /> with the.highest level of development, and the greatest number of buildings. References <br /> were m delo fire and ambulance access. The results.of-this initial-exercise soared an <br /> overflow of approximately 3 8-parking spaces.
