Builder. <br /> Ms. Soboleski explained.that it had been her hope to appear before the Historic <br /> District Commission earlier in the month, however a it happened she did not appear <br /> before therm until erl ier this date. As there are a number of changes to be made to the <br /> windows on the front ofthe building, the architectural plans must be revised and <br /> submitted to the Commission. <br /> Ms. Soboleski explained that she had discovered information from the Archives <br /> indicating different windows/spacing. Applicant would life to revise the plans to match <br /> the original structure. She apologized for not having-the.plan.s for review at this time. <br /> Applicant is scheduled to appear before the Historic District Commission on <br /> I ovember t�'. <br /> Ms. Soboleski informed the Board that a revised Landscape and Engineering <br /> Plans have been submitted which reflect the three changes discussed at the last meeting, <br /> making the sidewalk along Ashumet winding.with plantings, placing the dumpsters <br /> together along the rear resulting in the elimination of a parking space, and depicting the <br /> location of the lighting poles in the parking lot. However, the two plans do not conform <br /> due to time constraints. A revised Site Plan will be generated which will shover the <br /> sidewalk locations. <br /> The Town Planner suggested the board review the plans as submitted for their <br /> information. References were made to"'Site Plan Existing Conditions and Site <br /> Preparations at 470 Main Street, Ma hpee, MA, dated July 30, 2007, prepared by Cape <br /> Survey" and "Site Plan Proposed Improvements"' "Site Plan Details'. <br /> Ms. Soboleski provided pictures of the lighting fixture option chosen by the <br /> Historic District Commission, as well as a.series of photos of the boding as it existed. <br /> She also provided inforrrntion regarding the type/color of signs to be used at the Route <br /> 130 entrance and one on each of the to rear buildings. <br /> Mr. Rowley r suggested that he review the plans as submitted and contact <br /> Mr. Sullivan, Applicant's engineer to discuss the revisions for final form. <br /> The Town,Planner stated he would hgin to prepare a draft Decision for Board <br /> approval. <br /> There being no public comment the Chairman entertained a motion for <br /> continuance. <br /> 4 <br />
