An article submitted by the Planning Board and Zonrng Board of Appls which would <br /> amend Section 174-2 .1, Subsection 2 and Footnote 21 of the Section 174-31 Land Space <br /> Requirements Fable to allow motels, hotels, hospitals, infirmanes, nursing homes, <br /> convalescent hones, congregate care or assisted living facilities and similar uses authorized <br /> by Manning Board special permit under the provisions of Section 17 to be increased t <br /> 3 stories-%and 45 feet in height in all Commercial districts and to exceed 20,000 sq. & <br /> l rst floor area, if approved by the Board, in C- coning districts no existing limit in other <br /> Commercial districts). + <br /> 2. An article submitted by the Planning Board and Zoning Board of Appeals which would <br /> amend Subsoil 174-2 .1.9 of the Table of Use Regaliffions to eliminaw the requirement <br /> for a serial permit for most docks and requim a.special permit only for docks which are <br /> Proposed to cross more than 70 feet of certain wends, as defined in the states wands <br /> laws and regulations. Other docks would be allowed as of right under coning, but still <br /> require Conservation Commission and other local, state and federal approvals. <br /> 3. An article submitted by the Planning Board amending Section 174- to cue the demotion <br /> Of""LOB' LINE, FRONT" to read as follows: "LOT LINE, FRONT — A line dividing a lot <br /> from a laid-out public or private way. On any lot bounded on more than one 1 side by <br /> such a way, the layout line that is to be the lot front shall be so designated in any application <br /> for a permit to build on such lot* <br /> .
