Mr. costa <br /> made reference to the Plan, stating he would be seeking to <br /> combine a number of lots, abandon a section of the road. into Lot <br /> #23 . He indicated further another section of roadway and lots <br /> that are also to be abandoned into Lot #22 . Mr. costa noted, <br /> there is not sufficient frontage on Lot #22, suggesting the <br /> required frontage be calculated on property around the corner. i ' <br /> Mr. Costa stated it is his intention to partially pave the : , , <br /> road, resulting in a dead-end road with no cul-de-sac. He <br /> suggested that should an owner wish to build a road at some <br /> future date, that he would accommodate such construction by <br /> making the required amount of land available in order that a cul- <br /> de-sac be constructed (a right of way easement) . Mr, costa made <br /> several references to the Plan. <br /> The vice chairman informed Mr. costa that the total amount ' <br /> of frontage required has to be on one street. The Town Planner , <br /> has suggested Mr. Costa build the required minimum frontage worth ! <br /> of the road, as he does not meet frontage requirements on Route <br /> 130 . <br /> There was some discussion regarding the request for a <br /> Variance-zoning Board of Appeals due to this "unique situation" <br /> as described by Mr. costa. <br /> However, Mr. costa further suggested building the first <br /> seventy-five (75 ft. ) feet of road to standard and requesting a <br /> Planning Board Waiver of the remaining one hundred twenty-five <br /> (125 ft . ) feet. <br /> The Plan being referred to is entitled, "Being an <br /> -2- i <br /> r <br />
