Mike Grotsky was present representing the applicant. He presented a letter to the Board identifying the waivers they are requesting as well as revised drainage calculations. Mr. Grotsk Y met previously with Charlie Rowley. Charlie was concerned with the drainage/sewer easement. Mike called the Board of Health/Elias McQuaid and he said to add ' and as agreed to by the Board of Health" on the plan. He read the full note for the Board. There is a phone message from Elias McQuaid confirming this. He presented a revised plan to address Charlie's concerns over the location and depth of drainage/leaching pits. This addressed all of Charlie's concerns. W Application for waiver: - cul de sac length is greater than 800 feet. This has been i discussed previously with the Board. Tom asked if there is an easement or legal protection for the service road to be sure it remains available. Mike stated that there is not, the golf course is available in an emergency. - the last 100 feet of the road is unimproved to service 1 lot- as a private drive and the pavement narrows to 12 feet. There were no public questions or comments. There were no further Board questions or comments. Wayne made a motion to approve the waiver of the cul de sac length and narrowing of the pavement as per the applicant's June 17th letter. Richard seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor 4-0. Wayne made a motion to approve pprove the definitive subdivision plan for Seaside. Richard seconded the motion. All Board members were in favor 4-0. There is a 21 day appeal period, if there are no appeals the Board can then sign the plan. On July 15th the applicant will return to have the definitive ` plan signed. Release of all roadways taken by the Town in the Ashumet Shores/Briarwood subdivision. Tom explained that a resident attempted to get a release for her lot and there was not one on record. ''' 2
