Mike Grotsky was present representing the applicant. <br /> He presented a letter to the Board identifying the waivers they <br /> are requesting as well as revised drainage calculations. <br /> Mr. Grotsk <br /> Y met previously with Charlie Rowley. Charlie was <br /> concerned with the drainage/sewer easement. <br /> Mike called the Board of Health/Elias McQuaid and he said to add ' <br /> and as agreed to by the Board of Health" on the plan. He read <br /> the full note for the Board. <br /> There is a phone message from Elias McQuaid confirming this. <br /> He presented a revised plan to address Charlie's concerns over <br /> the location and depth of drainage/leaching pits. <br /> This addressed all of Charlie's concerns. W <br /> Application for waiver: <br /> - cul de sac length is greater than 800 feet. This has been i <br /> discussed previously with the Board. <br /> Tom asked if there is an easement or legal protection for the <br /> service road to be sure it remains available. <br /> Mike stated that there is not, the golf course is available in an <br /> emergency. <br /> - the last 100 feet of the road is unimproved to service 1 lot- as <br /> a private drive and the pavement narrows to 12 feet. <br /> There were no public questions or comments. <br /> There were no further Board questions or comments. <br /> Wayne made a motion to approve the waiver of the cul de sac <br /> length and narrowing of the pavement as per the applicant's June <br /> 17th letter. Richard seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor 4-0. <br /> Wayne made a motion to approve pprove the definitive subdivision plan <br /> for Seaside. Richard seconded the motion. All Board members <br /> were in favor 4-0. <br /> There is a 21 day appeal period, if there are no appeals the <br /> Board can then sign the plan. <br /> On July 15th the applicant will return to have the definitive ` <br /> plan signed. <br /> Release of all roadways taken by the Town in the Ashumet <br /> Shores/Briarwood subdivision. <br /> Tom explained that a resident attempted to get a release for her <br /> lot and there was not one on record.
