Pat responded that on a technical aspect Charlie Rowley's
standards and recommendations usually are the Boards. If he and
Charlie understand each other then it covers the intent of what
the Board is looking for.
Pat stated that there was discussion of modifications of the
gatehouse.
Norman stated that there will be a modification because of fire `
issues.
Richard asked him if it is the _gatehouse or the 2 walls. As it
is now, they must get in straight with a fire truck.
Norman stated he thinks they are going to take the overhangs out
and the post holding it.
Pat stated there is an issue with public access of the road.
Norman stated that the sign will be removed.
Charlie Rowley joined the meeting at this time.
He stated that the cost estimate of $92, 500 x 150% is
acceptable_
Charlie stated he inspected the paving when it was being done.
Charlie reviewed Normans plans with the old locations and the new
location of the leaching pits.
Charlie asked about the cast iron frames on the leaching pits.
Norman stated that they are on.
Charlie explained that the burm has been changed to approximately
6 feet high. This should resolve the line of site problem.
Ir.
He stated that technically the plan looks O.R. to him it
satisfies his concerns.
The Planning Board must discuss if it is a change to the
subdivision and in his opinion it is not.
Pat stated that he feels it is a minor change under the
subdivision.
Norman Grossman stated that they will be paving a portion of j ?
Simons Narrow Road. They have located all the drainage basins
from the original subdivision.
Charlie would like to inspect it and be sure his plans are
consistent with what is there.
He would like to see it during the process of fine grading it_ k..
He and Norman will make an appointment.
Norman stated that they have not changed the road profile or
layout from what was originally approved. .?
Pat stated that Myra (Planning Dept., secretary) will contact the
Treasurer regarding the amount of security the applicant must
present. Willowbend Development can then set up their account. `
w;
U
4
