As the first order of business he <br /> addressed the status of ANR-Michael Grotzke. The Assistant Town " . <br /> Planner informed. the Board of a telephone call received from the { <br /> Applicant explaining he was awaiting word of this project from , <br /> his attorney; and of the possibility of his not being able to h`!' <br /> attend this Meeting. <br /> Discussion ` "ha`. <br /> Adult Use By-Law - Regulatory options <br /> The Vice Chairman recognized the fact that the Assistant <br /> Town Planner had published certain information in the Mashpee <br /> Enterprise; and of members of the public in attendance as a ,lr � <br /> re Sul t thereof. <br /> 4 <br /> With regard to this issue, the Nice Chairman stated this ` <br /> matter to have been proposed by Petition and Indefinitely a <br /> Postponed at the last Town meeting. This platter has been ,: <br /> discussed at previous Planning Board Hearings; the original <br /> Petitioner is in attendance; the Assistant Town Planner has done <br /> extensive research and has provided much information. The <br /> for Board discussion being to obtain = <br /> purpose g publ public/Board input, <br /> and determine whether or not to recommend a By-Law.
