He stated it should read C2 and I1, <br /> The Town Planner further pointed out <br /> not Business and Industry. <br /> the fee submitted in this matter was insufficient . <br /> r` p. The Chairman informed Mr. Youngqui s t of the following Board <br /> requirements to be incorporated into an amended. (This matter concluded 7 : 00 p.m. ) <br /> j <br /> Other Items <br /> i <br /> i <br /> The chairman recognized David Pocknett, who provided the <br /> Board with copies of a Memo regarding Mills Subdivision from <br /> "++l Attorney Robert Mills. The Town Planner informed the Board that <br /> a`�►� �`y� ` the Consulting Engineer had conducted an inspection of said <br /> property.kP •It� „� <br /> The chairman read from said Memo regarding the request for <br /> release of Lot 8 from the Covenant Agreement. Mr. Rowley has <br /> f inspected the road and found everything to be in order with the <br /> i� exception of the installation of an end section to the pipe <br /> located at the end of the cul de sac, the street sign and road <br /> If monument. Six lots remain under Covenant, request for release <br /> ' until all work is completed.
