Town of Mashpee <br /> Planning Board , <br /> Minutes of Meeting <br /> November 5, 1997 <br /> The Town of Mashpee Planning Board Meeting was called to <br /> order in conference Room #1, Mashpee Town Hall, 16 Great Neck <br /> Road North, Mashpee, Massachusetts at 6: 35 p.m. on Wednesday, <br /> November 5, 1997. The Chairman, Patrick Coffey, presided. <br /> Planning Board Members present: Patrick Coffey, Chairman; <br /> Dennis Balzarini, vice chairman; John Kuchinski, Clerk; and <br /> Chance Reichel, Associate Member. ' <br /> Also present: Thomas Fudala, Town Planner; Eric Smith, =f <br /> Assistant Town Planner; and Charles Rowley, Consulting Engineer 0_ `'� <br /> 5 . 50 p.m. ) . <br /> t <br /> The chairman declared a quorum to be present and called the <br /> Meeting to order. As the first order of business he recognized <br /> Camlin Realty Trust . ;' <br /> 12' <br /> Release of Covenant <br /> Caml in Realty Trust -- Amy Brown Road , <br /> For the Record, Attorney Karrine introduced himself as Kevin <br /> ,Karrine, representing Caml in Realty Trust, four (4) Lot { <br /> Subdivision, located off Amy Brown Road. Subdivision having <br /> been approved by the Planning Board in the. early 1990Is, subject <br /> to the performance of improvements along Amy Brown Road- -adequate <br /> access, <br /> Attorney Karrine made reference to a Plan entitled., <br /> Subdivision Plan of Land. in Mashpee, MA for Caml in Realty Trust, <br /> Mary E. Richards, Trustee, dated April 22, 1992, Revised August <br /> 61 1992 . He stated improvements were consistent with said plan, <br /> as submitted at the time, and had been approved by Mr. Rowley, <br /> with the exception of some shoulder work, seeding, etc. Due to <br /> the time of year, Applicant is proposing to post appropriate ! <br /> funds in order to secure completion of seeding required.. <br /> Attorney Karrine referred to and requested release of the I <br /> lots subject to the Covenant as Lots #2, #3, and #4 (which is to <br /> be conveyed to the Town conservation commission) . Attorney , <br /> Karrine agreed to provide evidence of a Deed to the Town, nF, <br /> executed by the Trustee of the Trust, should the Board required a <br /> condition of the Release of covenant. <br /> Mr. Fudala recalled a "Gentlemen' s Agreement" having been i <br /> m n for waivers. <br /> made for the open Space in exchange o = <br /> The chairman recognized H.D.
