it <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals <br />• 1 <br />Minutes <br />January 14, 2009 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, January 14, 2009 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing <br />on Wednesday, January 14, 2009 at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board Members Robert Nelson, James Reiffarth, Jack <br />Dorsey, Jonathan Furbush, and alternate member Peter <br />Hinden. <br />Chairman Robert Nelson opens the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Continued Matter <br />John Kelleher: Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 <br />• of the zoning by-laws to seek relief from the required <br />distance (50 feet) to the wetlands/coastal bank in order to <br />build a 12'x 39' deck on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 4 Point Road (Map 114 Parcel 32A) Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, James Reiffarth, Jonathan Furbush, <br />Jack Dorsey and Peter Hinden. <br />Russell Wheatley represented the applicants Mr. and Mrs. <br />Kelleher who are.also present. They would like to build a <br />deck (12' x 39') and are seeking a variance to the wetlands. <br />They have been through conservation and the determination <br />was granted in their favor. Mr. Wheatley shows the board <br />marked up copies of the plans he submitted to the <br />Conservation Commission. Lori Corsi asks if these are the <br />same plans that Conservation has approved. There was <br />• some discussion as to the understanding of what Mr. <br />Wheatley presented to the Board.. He customized the plans <br />
