� 0 <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals <br />1 <br />Minutes <br />April 8, 2009 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, April 8, 2009 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing <br />on Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board Members Robert Nelson, John Dorsey, Jonathan <br />Furbush, James Reiffarth and William Blaisdell were present. <br />Alternate member Peter Hinden was absent. <br />Robert Nelson opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />Jonathan Furbush reads the continuances into the record. <br />John R. Ghublikian: Requests a Special Permit from Sections 174-17 and 174- <br />20 of the Zoning By-laws to raze and replace the existing dwelling on property <br />located in an R-3 zoning district at 140 Summersea Road (Map 105 Parcel 62-0- <br />R) Mashpee, MA. <br />John R. Ghublikian: Requests a Variance from Section 174-33 of the Zoning <br />By-laws to seek relief from the required distance to the coastal banks/wetlands <br />in order to build a new dwelling on property located in an R-3 zoning district at <br />140 Summersea Road (Map 105 Parcel 62-0-R) Mashpee, MA. <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William <br />Blaisdell and John Dorsey. <br />Steve Cook, of Cotuit Design represents the applicants at this <br />hearing. They are seeking to raze and replace the current pre- <br />existing non -conforming dwelling. They are requesting a Special <br />Permit (Findings of Fact) and a variance for the setbacks to the <br />coastal banks. They have been approved with an NOI from <br />Conservation.
