� r <br />Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 2 April 8, 2009 <br />created in 1967. The proposed structure will consist of 2 story <br />dwelling and will maintain 15% lot coverage. The sideyard and <br />frontyard setback requirements adhere to current zoning. They are <br />seeking a variance to the coastal banks, that being 6.2 feet in <br />addition to the Special Permit. The Board reviews the plans and Mr. <br />Cook's presentation. Lori Corsi reminds the Board they are only <br />required to find that this project is either more detrimental to the <br />neighborhood or not since they need to submit a Findings of Fact <br />only. James Reiffarth makes a motion to grant the Special Permit <br />(Findings of Fact). Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree so <br />moved. Mr. Reiffarth makes a motion to grant a 6.2 foot variance to <br />the coastal banks. Robert Nelson seconds the motion. All agree. So <br />moved. These are both conditioned on plans from Baxter, Nye <br />Engineering, of Hyannis, MA, dated February 23, 2009, and <br />architectural plans from Cotuit Bay Design LLC of Mashpee, MA, <br />dated January 26, 2009. <br />Other Business: <br />• John Dorsey makes a motion to accept the minutes as <br />amended from March 11, 2009.
