The Plaintiff, Joseph Dunne, is an individual who owns the property located at 167 <br /> Wading Place Road, Mashpee, MA and is a person aggrieved by the Decision of the <br /> Town of Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals being appealed from. <br /> 2. The Defendants: <br /> Robert G. Nelson of 27 Tradewind Drive, Mashpee, MA <br /> Jonathan Furbush of 57 Greensward Road, Mashpee, MA <br /> James Reiffarth of 422 Monomoscoy Road, Mashpee, MA <br /> William Blaisdell of 144 Greensward Road, Mashpee, MA <br /> Jack Dorsey of 11 Riverview Avenue, Mashpee, MA <br /> Peter Hinden of 127 Shore Drive, Mashpee, MA <br /> Are all members of the Zoning Board of Appeals for the Town of Mashpee (hereinafter <br /> "the Board") and each is a defendant in his official capacity of the board and not <br /> otherwise in an individual capacity. <br /> 3. On March 25, 2009 a Petition for Special Permit was made to the Board on behalf of the <br /> Plaintiff seeking relief under Section 174-17 of the Zoning By-laws of Mashpee. A copy <br /> of said Petition is hereto attached and marked "A." <br />
