Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 1 <br />June 10, 2009 <br />Zoning Board of Appeals <br />Minutes — Wednesday, June 10, 2009 <br />The Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals held a Public Hearing <br />on Wednesday, June 10', 2009 at the Mashpee Town Hall. <br />Board Members Robert Nelson, John Dorsey, Jonathan <br />Furbush, James Reiffarth and William Blaisdell were present. <br />Alternate member Peter Hinden was absent. <br />Robert Nelson opened the hearing at 7:00 p.m. <br />. Continued Hearings <br />William Herbert: Requests a Variance from Section 174733 of the Zoning <br />By-laws to seek relief from the setback requirements to the coastal <br />bank in order to build a garage on property located in an R-3 zoning <br />district at 42 Spoondrift Way (Map 111 Parcel 127) Mashpee, MA <br />William Herbert: Requests a Variance from Section 174-31 of the Zoning <br />By-laws to seek relief from the setback requirements in order to build a <br />garage on property located in an R-3 zoning district at 42 Spoondrift <br />Way (Map 111 Parcel 127) Mashpee, MA <br />Sitting: Robert Nelson, Jonathan Furbush, James Reiffarth, William Blaisdell and <br />Jack Dorsey. <br />This matter was continued from May 27, 2009. The applicant provides the plans <br />to the Board and explains that they have made the recommended changes, <br />however, the engineer made a mistake with the numbers and it doesn't reflect <br />what their intentions were. The engineer will need to re -draw the plans and the <br />matter will have to be continued until June 24th —just to be sure the plans are <br />0 <br />correct and there should be no further need for testimony unless something <br />
