In view of the foregoing, the Mashpee Zoning Board of Appeals found that the <br /> Petitioner met the criteria necessary for the granting of a Special Permit/Findings of <br /> Fact. Upon motion duly made and seconded,the Zoning Board of Appeals voted <br /> unanimously on August 26, 2009 to grant a Special Permit/Findings of Fact to alter and <br /> expand a pre-existing non-conforming structure, conditioned on plans from Holmes and <br /> McGrath, Inc., dated July 15, 2009 and revised August 21, 2009. (a signed notation by <br /> Jerry Darrah indicates the change in the proposed square footage to be 3,523 square feet). <br />
