Mashpee Zoning <br />Board of Appeals Minutes <br />• 2 August 26, 2009 <br />They are seeking a special permit in order to change/alter the pre-existing non- <br />conforming structure. They are seeking to add approximately 100 square feet of <br />living space by adding additional decking and a boardwalk in the front of the <br />dwelling. This will increase the lot coverage from 23.3% to 23.7%. Applicant is <br />proposing 2 modest additions and one modest deck addition. These proposed <br />additions will not make the dwelling any closer to the wetlands. <br />Mr. Darrah has made the requested changes the Board has asked for and the <br />Board is happy with the plan. They find that this is not substantially more <br />detrimental to the neighborhood. The new driveway can accommodate four cars <br />and the septic system has been improved. Mr. Reiffarth makes a note that the <br />square footage does not add up with the new plans drawn. Mr. Darrah said this <br />was a mistake and the top of the plans had not been changed to accommodate <br />the new changes. They will have that done. James Reiffarth makes a motion to <br />grant the Findings of Fact. Jonathan Furbush seconds the motion. All agree. So <br />moved. Reference plans from Holmes and McGrath, dated July 15, 2009 and <br />revised August 21, 2009. <br />Other Business: <br />Peter Hinden makes a motion to accept the minutes from June 24, 2009.
