Upon motion duly made and seconded, the Zoning Board of <br /> Appeals voted unanimously on January 9, 2008 to grant a Special Permit to <br /> alter/expand a pre-existing, non-conforming structure. The Special Permit is <br /> conditioned on plans from Christopher Costa & Associates, Inc. of East <br /> Falmouth, MA, dated December 17, 2007 <br />
